The manager at reception went above and beyond, even taking guests to a nearby restaurant when the hotel's own was unexpectedly closed. the location of the hotel is also a plus, as it is tucked away in a tranquil setting. the rooms are comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and helpful staff. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the available facilities, making for a pleasant stay.
The air-conditioning may not be cool enough for some guests.

We enjoyed the helpfulness of the reception team who went above and beyond to assist us during our romantic getaway. They recommended a restaurant when the onsite one was closed, and even escorted us there to ensure we found it easily. the hotel's location provided easy access to key attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
We experienced issues with both the air-conditioning and lack of hot water in the shower, which detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, we did not receive sufficient relief from the heat and were disappointed with the lack of hot water.

The manager at reception was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He even took us to a restaurant on the first night when we found out that the hotel's restaurant was closed. It was a great gesture and helped us feel welcomed.
We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. we had trouble getting hot water in the shower.
